Our printables are digital files delivered instantly, so we can’t take them back once they’re downloaded. But if anything goes wrong with your order, we’ll fix it.
When we refund
You’ll get a full refund if your file never arrived, the file is damaged and we can’t send a working copy, or you were charged more than once for the same order.
When we don’t
Because files are delivered instantly, we don’t offer refunds once a working file has been downloaded, or for changing your mind.
How to ask
Email [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase, with your order number (it starts with GMR) and a short note about the problem.
Timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Cancellations aren’t possible after payment, since files are sent straight away.
